phrase of the day: even a blind squirrel finds a nut

A few years ago, Emily and JT created a Louwsma Dictionary to capture all the words and phrases our family uses. I still laugh as I read it, not just for the content but at the descriptions used. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut: lucky; to discount one's achievement and to attribute it to good fortune.

I love the dictionary! It makes me laugh everytime I look at it and reminds of how much fun our family has together :-) To be fair, I came up with the idea and most of the words but JT turned it into comedy gold with all of his definitions.

Think I Ain't?

I did this for my friends in highschool once, it is still one of the funniest things.
